A Personal Approach to Planning For Your Objectives
Individual investments and the markets fluctuate over time, but as your financial advisors, our role remains the same – to offer you customized guidance and help you make informed decisions that reflect your goals. To assist you in managing and preserving the rewards of your success, we follow the Certified Financial PlannerTM Board of Standard’s comprehensive planning process to help ensure our clients’ needs are effectively addressed and their objectives thoroughly planned for.
- ESTABLISH AND DEFINE
We begin our relationship by clearly explaining and documenting the services we’ll provide to you, defining both our responsibilities and your own. Then, we’ll fully explain the fees associated with the services we provide and establish how we’ll work together to make decisions.
- GATHER
We’ll ask for information about your financial situation and identify your personal and financial goals. This includes understanding your time frame for results and discussing how you feel about risk. We’ll also gather all the necessary documents and other information to ensure we’re able to provide the guidance to help you pursue your goals.
- ANALYZE AND EVALUATE
After receiving all necessary documents and information, we will analyze your current situation and determine how you can pursue your goals. Depending on the services you require, this could include evaluating your assets, liabilities, and cash flow, current insurance coverage, investments, or income tax documents through Stifel’s tax planning professionals.
- DEVELOP AND PRESENT
With a comprehensive understanding of your situation and objectives, we’ll offer strategies that address your goals based on the information you’ve provided. We’ll thoroughly explain each strategy so you can make the most informed decisions possible. Based on your feedback, we’ll revise the strategy as appropriate.
- IMPLEMENT
After we agree on how the strategy will be carried out, we’ll implement your plan. If appropriate, we’ll also work with your tax, legal, and other trusted professionals to help coordinate your overall wealth management strategy.
- PERIODICALLY REVIEW WITH YOU
Once your plan has been implemented, we are committed to periodically review it with you as our relationship continues. We’ll meet with you to review your situation, and, as appropriate, make adjustments as your circumstances and goals change.
Stifel does not provide legal or tax advice. You should consult with your legal and tax advisors regarding your particular situation.
