Committed to helping you pursue the life you envision

People arrive at wealth in many different ways – some build thriving businesses; others simply work hard and manage their money wisely.  Regardless of how you achieved financial success, it’s important to take an approach to preserving it that’s customized to your specific needs and vision for the future.

At Melville Wealth Management Group, we never follow a “one-size-fits-all” approach to managing something as complex and personal as your wealth.  Instead, we take the time to get to know you and your family as well as we know our business.  We listen to your thoughts and ideas so we can formulate a plan centered on your unique objectives – providing a distinctive level of service and guidance that’s focused solely on you.

We’re dedicated to providing comprehensive wealth management services to successful families, individuals, and business owners through lasting, personal relationships.  In short, our mission is to help you manage the day-to-day details of wealth so you can focus on the business of life.

Erik Melville

Erik Melville, CFP

Senior Vice President/Investments

For Erik Melville, helping clients pursue their goals and plan for meaningful legacies has been at the center of each relationship he’s formed and guidance he’s provided since becoming a financial advisor in 2003.  After four years with A.G. Edwards in Fort Pierce, Florida, he formed the Melville Wealth Management Group in 2007 and joined Stifel in 2019.  He continues to serve the needs of successful families, individuals, and business owners in the St. Lucie and Okeechobee area.

Erik’s career as a financial advisor evolved from a natural love of finances and a sincere desire to help hardworking people.  In an effort to further his knowledge in assisting clients, he attained the Certified Financial Planner™ certification in 2009 from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc., which identifies those individuals who have met the experience requirements of the CFP Board, have successfully completed financial planning coursework, and have passed the CFP® Certification Examination.

Eric and his wife, Julia, are the proud parents of three young boys, Andrew and Peyton (twins), and Matthew. With his young family in mind, Erik has been focused on serving the needs of children in the local community.  He is currently a board member of the Arnold Palmer Medical Center Foundation, which benefits the Arnold Palmer Hospital and Winnie Palmer Hospital in Orlando, Florida.

In their spare time, the Melville family enjoys fishing, boating, cooking, and traveling with their two Labradors.
